Sales position
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of key customers, establish good business relations with target key customers, tap the needs of key customers, and flexibly and effectively complete sales tasks;
2. Responsible for the development, relationship maintenance and communication of industry partners;
3. Be responsible for the signing, performance and follow-up of customer contracts, timely resolve contract disputes, and assist in solving after-sales service problems;
4. Do a good job in the consultation and related services of key customers, and handle the complaints of key customers in a timely manner;
5. Participate in market research, collect, analyze and feedback market information;
6. Be responsible for the establishment of information archives management for key customers, and carry out scientific customer relationship management to provide high-quality services for key customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, aged 30-38 years old, and the degree of experienced person can be appropriately relaxed;
2. Working experience in manufacturing enterprises, more than 3 years of key account sales experience, more than 1 year of key account team management experience, knowledge of the industrial products industry, and experience in the same industry and similar peers is preferred;
3. Strong sense of sales objectives and responsibility; Have strong market insight, strong analysis and planning ability, and strong customer public relations ability;
4. Strong execution and adaptability, able to adapt to business trips.
