The soft curtain trailer looks similar to the box trailer in appearance, but the materials used on the sides and top of the cargo compartment are different.

Many models currently used in my country are replicas of Europe. Logically speaking, soft curtain cars should also be popular in China, but the fact is that soft curtain cars have not been able to be popularized on a large scale since they entered the domestic market. I am afraid that this will start from the limitations of the soft curtain car:

Soft curtain vehicles generally need to be equipped with airbag bridges, aluminum alloy railings, aluminum rings, hollow frame, etc. The super high cost prolongs the payback cycle to a certain extent. 2. There are risks in transportation safety.

3. The application scenarios are limited.


This is the most important factor restricting the popularization of soft curtain cars. The soft curtain car is indeed convenient for loading and unloading, but that is for palletized transportation and mechanical loading and unloading. At present, most logistics parks and consignors in my country do not have the conditions for palletized transportation, let alone retail investors who are fighting guerrillas across the country. owner.


4. Inconvenient maintenance.


Compared with traditional steel materials, tarpaulins for soft curtain vehicles have obvious disadvantages in terms of damage prevention. In addition, there are more various parts on soft curtain vehicles, such as tracks, waterproof glue, locking structures, fasteners, etc. , all require custom maintenance.


5. Poor anti-theft performance.


Especially when the car owner is resting during transportation, such as in the service area, it is more common to steal oil and goods. In this regard, the soft curtain is not as strong as the cargo box made of steel, and it does not have an advantage in anti-theft performance.
