3. The cost and difficulty of electric replacement are high. 4. The range is limited. Due to the low battery energy density, the range of general electric tractors can not meet the needs of medium and long distance transportation.

Two, hybrid tractor.


Hybrid tractor refers to the tractor driven by electricity and fuel, which can be divided into three types: gas-electric hybrid, plug-in hybrid and extended-range electric.


1. Petrol-electric hybrid.


The driving force is provided by both a fuel engine and an electric motor. Generally, its battery capacity is relatively small, no charging interface is provided, and the energy recovery during the operation of the tractor is used for charging. The motor power of this model is not large, and the motor assists the engine to provide power in the starting and acceleration scenarios, reducing fuel consumption and improving operation efficiency.


The advantage is no charge, use more convenient; The disadvantage is that the dependence on fuel is larger, the emission of pollutants is still relatively high.


2. Plug-in hybrid power.


Plug-in hybrid tractors are powered by both an engine and an electric motor, and can be combined according to different modes of the two, such as pure electric, pure fuel, electric fuel and so on.


The advantage is the design of the charging port, can be charged at any time. Pure electric mode can be used when the power is sufficient, and pure fuel mode can be used when the power is insufficient. It is suitable for middle and long distance running, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is better. The disadvantage is that the technology is more complex, and the contradiction between battery weight and endurance is not well coordinated.


3. Extended-range electric.


Extended range electric tractor refers to a tractor that is powered by an engine and driven by an electric motor. When the battery is sufficient, pure electric mode is adopted. When the battery is insufficient, the engine in the car starts and drives the generator to charge the power battery.


The advantage is that the mileage is long, the disadvantage is that when running at high speed because it needs the engine to drive the generator, high fuel consumption, can not get rid of the dependence on fuel.
