Compared with the front, the price of the semi trailer bucket is much cheaper, generally about 90 thousand. The main components of the bucket include frame, leg, gantry frame, column, suspension, axle, tire, protection, etc. The axle is the key component of the relationship between the bucket bearing performance and braking sensitivity. At the same time, it matches with the tire to maintain the vehicle running.


Nowadays, the lightweight trend is prevailing in the semi-trailer industry, and so is the  trailer axle. More and more brands launch the main lightweight products, aiming to achieve the overall weight reduction of the vehicle through their own weight reduction. However, different from other components, the main function of an axle is load-bearing. How to achieve lightweight without affecting the load-bearing capacity of an axle still requires certain strength and technical foundation.
