What are the common small-tonnage trailer axles suitable for?

When it comes to trailer axles, we can easily think of 13t, 16t, 20t axles or 10t light axles, of which 13t axles are the most common. But sometimes we will also hear about the axle below 8t, such as 6t twin bridge, 3t single tire bridge and so on.
In general, what we call the axle tonnage refers to the maximum bearing mass of the axle design. For example, the often said 3t bridge and 4t bridge refer to their maximum carrying weight of 3t and 4t respectively.
As a support bridge, load-bearing is its main function, and the tonnage of the trailer axle sold on the market is generally more than 10t, which is also to meet the needs of the transportation market.

1. 8t trailer axle
The rated load is 8t, the conventional wheel base is 1840mm, and it can also be changed according to the actual needs of customers. Mainly used in agricultural machinery, such as harvesters, tractors, agricultural middle axle cars, agricultural semi-trailer buckets and so on.
2. 6t trailer axle
Rated load 6t, the common wheel base is 1840mm, 2250mm, 2600mm, can also be customized. Mainly used in medium and large RV, light semi-trailer, light mid-axle car or car train and other models.
3. 3t trailer axle
The rated load is 3t, and the common wheel base is mainly divided into 1840mm, 2250mm and 1600mm, which can also be customized. It is mainly used in light RV, light trailer or middle axle car.
Compared with the conventional semi-trailer rear axle, the application field and model parameters of the small-tonnage trailer axle are relatively inconsistent, and customers often have different needs for their production specifications, and in most cases, customized production is required, which improves the production technology and process requirements to a certain extent. Therefore, customers should also do a good job in the purchase of relevant inspections to ensure that they have independent production and quality assurance capabilities.
