1, girder material selection of high strength steel


As the key bearing part of the trailer, the quality of the girder is directly related to the quality of the trailer to some extent. The selection of good materials can achieve the weight reduction of the trailer itself under the premise of guaranteeing the bearing capacity of the girder. It is understood that the warehouse grid type semi trailer using high strength steel girder can be less than ordinary steel weight of about one ton. However, high strength steel welding process requirements are more strict, and the difficulty is relatively greater, the relevant technology and experience requirements are higher.
