Friction plate inspection: After the axle is driven every three months or 25,000 kilometers and after each disassembly of the hub and wheel, it is mainly to check whether the thickness of the friction plate is normal, the normal thickness of the friction plate is at least 5mm, if it is less than or close to this thickness, it is necessary to seize the time to replace the friction plate to prevent the abnormal braking of the vehicle.


Brake drum inspection: Check the brake drum of the axle for cracks, wear and damage every three months or 25,000 kilometers of driving and every time the hub and wheel are removed and assembled; Check the internal diameter of the brake after each disassembly of the hub and the wheel, check the diameter of the brake drum at the location of the greatest wear, if the internal diameter of the brake drum is greater than the maximum wear value because of wear or other reasons to be replaced, it is generally recommended that the two brake drums of the same axle be replaced at the same time to avoid the different braking force of the axle.


Brake chamber inspection: Check the overall condition of the brake chamber of the axle every three months or 25,000 kilometers and after each disassembly of the hub and wheel, such as the connection condition, damage condition, wear condition, etc., if there are parts that need to be replaced or repaired, they should be repaired in time to the after-sales service network. Check that the exhaust valve in the brake chamber has been removed after the axle is first driven and before and after the initial load.

Check the adjusting arm: check whether the adjusting arm works normally after the axle travels for three months or 25,000 kilometers and after each disassembly of the hub and wheel, stop the brake 5 times (brake pressure is about 1bar/01Mpa), and the wrench rotates clockwise with the worm shaft and gradually reduces the Angle. When the wrench turns each time the brake is applied, the adjusting arm is working properly. The adjusting arm should be lubricated after three months or 25,000 kilometers of each axle drive by injecting grease through the injection nozzle of the adjusting arm, which must be lubricated at the same time on the same axle.


CAM shaft bushing and spherical bearings: the vehicle's CAM shaft bushing and spherical bearings are lubricated after every three months or 25,000 kilometers of axle driving, and grease injection through the oil nozzle must be lubricated at the same time on all the CAM shaft bushing and spherical bearings (4 oil nozzles).
