Compared with the back dump mode, the side dump truck has smaller requirements for the height of the lifting rod and stronger lateral stability.


This is because the hydraulic top of the rear dump truck is generally installed in the front end of the frame or the middle of the frame, the lifting height is often affected by the length of the box, the longer the box, the greater the height of the lifting rod is generally designed to climb, the smaller the outside diameter to the top, which is not conducive to stability. Although the requirements for the lifting height of the middle hydraulic top are smaller, the length of the trunk will also have a certain impact on the lifting stability.


In contrast, the hydraulic top of the rollover dump truck is evenly distributed on one side of the frame, the lifting force is large, and it is not affected by the length of the car box, and the lifting height is even less than half the height of the middle hydraulic top, and the stability of the unloading is relatively better.


However, the rollover dump truck has higher requirements for the unloading site, which should be large, wide and flat, and it is easy to bury tires or discharge unclean materials when unloading.

Tipping dump truck unloading technical points:


1. The unloading site should be flat and firm. This is the owner should first pay attention to the problem, there can be no slope on the left and right sides, if the center of gravity deviation after the tipper cargo box rises, it is very easy to lead to rollover phenomenon. In addition, the ground is relatively soft, which can easily lead to wheel sinking, body shaking or vehicle rollover.


2. The guardrail of the unloading part is converted into a baffle. This is also a method provided by the owner to prevent the buried tire, the guardrail next to the tire is converted into a baffle, pay attention to the height of the ground, so that it is not easy to bury the tire when unloading.


3. Do not lift the pole all at once. It is recommended to raise one section to observe, if there is no offset or buried tire, then raise the next section.


4. Pay more attention to observation during unloading. If the tire sinks and the body tilts, the loading and unloading should be stopped immediately, and it is best to arrange another person outside the car to assist in observation.


5, some owners said that when the rollover semi-trailer is unloaded, the front and the carriage can maintain a certain Angle, generally not more than 45 degrees, to maintain the balance of the body.
