For the owner, can reasonably earn higher freight within the range of the load.


Market demand drives production. In order to achieve lightweight trailer, many trailer factories have come up with many ways, such as replacing traditional steel with aluminum alloy, making irregular holes in the girder, changing double tires to large single tires, and configuration of air suspension or lightweight plate spring/axle. The introduction and implementation of GB1589-2016 "Automobile, Trailer and Automobile train exterior dimension, axle load and mass limits" and GB7258-2017 "National Standard for Safety Technical Conditions of Motor Vehicle Operation" have made clear regulations on the exterior dimension, load and chassis configuration of semi-trailer. After the new regulation's buffer period, vehicles that do not conform to the regulations may not be licensed, be taken off the road or fail to pass the annual audit. To some extent, this means that the future of semi-trailer transportation will be more standardized, those super long, super wide and overweight semi-trailer may exit the stage of history.


3. High efficiency.


The rapid development of logistics and transportation industry has put forward higher requirements for the transportation efficiency of vehicles. Whether it is logistics companies or individual retail investors, the mileage of their vehicles is increasing constantly. It is common to see 150,000-200,000 kilometers a year. This requires vehicle maintenance mileage, especially axle, wheel end maintenance mileage must be improved, maintenance-free trailer axle can precisely meet this demand.


However, maintenance-free ≠ no maintenance. Even if the axle is maintenance-free, the owner can not completely ignore it. Daily inspection is still very necessary.

Intelligent mainly refers to some electronic, automatic technology, such as tilt alarm, bounce control, anti-rollover system, anti-lock braking system, remote control, brake pad wear tips, maintenance tips, tire pressure monitoring, etc., for vehicle safety, driving comfort, efficiency of operation, remote management, energy saving and consumption reduction is of great significance.


5. Specialization.


In the past a long period of time, a lot of semi-trailer pulled with their own operating conditions do not conform to the goods on the road, such as low plate trailer transport cargo, pallet car transport liquid goods, warehouse grid car transport frozen goods and so on, not only affect the quality of goods, but also easy to disrupt the market order, not conducive to transport safety. With the improvement and introduction of relevant laws and regulations, the industry attaches more and more importance to special cars, matching different goods according to the different uses of vehicles.
