As the number of axle factories continues to increase, it seems to be getting easier and easier for car owners to buy axles. Just the large and small brands on the market are dazzling. But Mr. Li, from Jiangsu Province, had trouble buying an axle.

Mr. Li runs a machinery factory, which mainly produces all kinds of engineering and construction machinery, such as mobile crushing equipment and grinding equipment. Due to the relatively large weight of these machinery, it is very inconvenient to move, especially when loading or shipping, we need to find a large tonnage crane to assist. Over time, problems with efficiency and cost emerged. So Mr. Li came up with the idea of using a trailer instead of a crane.

According to the use requirements, the tonnage of the axles required by Mr. Li is 25t and the length is 2.6m. At present, the axle wheel base of most trailers on the market is 1820 or 1840, the length can do about 2180, and the length of 2.6m is almost no. In addition, this batch of axle tonnage is large, the use of special conditions, the axle strength, toughness and bearing capacity requirements are higher than ordinary axle, which is not a small test for the manufacturer's production technology and technology.

After consulting several trailer axle factories, Mr. Li got two kinds of answers: one is that the production equipment can not meet the production demand, "can't do"; The other is can be done, but because of the special use condition of the finished product, the warranty period can only be half of the ordinary axle.

This was a little hard for Mr. Li to accept. "I usually use this batch of trailers in the factory, mainly to move these mechanical equipment, although not on the road to run, but the warranty period is too short, I don't know. If something goes wrong in the next three or three days, or it breaks down soon after we buy it, it will have a big impact on our production operations." Mr. Li said, "I know now many axle factories focus on lightweight, in the axle bearing are afraid to give me a guarantee, manufacturers are afraid to promise, then I dare not use."

After knowing Mr. Li's ordering requirements, DARO's product designers and production leaders analyzed the drawings, starting from raw material optimization, how to debug production equipment and quality inspection instruments, and how to ensure the machining depth and accuracy of thickened and lengthened workpiece in each process.

"At first I was worried if I would be told I couldn't do it." "Unexpectedly, after confirming the parameters and drawings with me, they soon replied that I could do it and did not discount the warranty, so I ordered 12 pieces first," Li said.

After a 10-day construction period, the production of this batch of 25t tonnage and 2.6m length custom axles with extra length was completed and shipped as scheduled.

So far, Mr. Li has been using this batch of axles for more than two months, and the overall performance makes him very satisfied: "There is no special experience in use, but it is relatively easy, and the equipment has been pulled back and forth for many times, no problem, relatively stable."

Mr. Li also said that in addition to the axle itself, DARO also made Mr. Li feel very considerate in terms of service. During the more than two months of use, the service staff of the manufacturer would contact him regularly to ask about the use of the axle and whether the use needs were fully met during use, so as to better improve the product.
