DARO Group launched a new round of product knowledge training
In order to enhance new employees' understanding of products and business, and improve the professionalism and precision of team services, on July 19, the first phase of product training for new employees of DARO Group this quarter was held in Jining production base. New colleagues from the marketing department, foreign trade department and operation department participated in the training.
This training was presided over by Gong Ding of the R&D Department. It mainly systematically sorted out relevant knowledge such as trailer axles and trailer suspensions, and explained in detail the structure, principle, unique advantages, and application scenarios of various products.
After the conference training, the new employees walked into the production workshop and warehouse to observe the products and production process up close. Standardized workshops, mature and perfect production lines, rigorous technological processes, and sophisticated quality inspection methods all demonstrate DARO's persistence and pursuit of product quality, and also enable employees to establish a comprehensive and more intuitive understanding of the company's products and production.
Founded in 2001, DARO Group is a global manufacturer of trailer axles and components. It covers a total area of 60,000 square meters and has a standardized factory of 32,000 square meters. Its products cover trailer optical shafts, axle assemblies, special axles, air suspensions, and trailer accessories.
Through this training, everyone has expanded their knowledge, improved their business skills, strengthened their brand and service awareness, and gained a comprehensive and clear understanding of the company, which not only provided motivation and confidence for new employees to integrate into the new working environment of DARO, but also laid a solid foundation for their follow-up work.
