DARO Group has passed ISO "three in one" certification

Recently, DARO Heavy Industry Group successfully passed the annual certification audit, after expert group field inspection, data review, conversation inquiry, sampling inspection and other comprehensive inspection procedures, successfully got the environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system certification two certificates, which marks the DARO Group environmental protection level and safety production management ability to step on a new level.

Quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system as ISO standards, commonly known as the "three systems", is the audit and certification organization of China Quality certification center, is the international common certification standards.

As early as 2008, DARO trailer axles successfully passed ISO9001 quality management system certification with reliable quality management capabilities, and passed the annual quality management system renewal audit in May 2022.

Now, DARO has introduced and integrated ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management system, marking the successful completion of the ISO "three in one" management system certification work. On the one hand, this is a full recognition of DARO brand strength and production management level; On the other hand, it also plays a positive role in promoting DARO's corporate image and improving DARO's standardized, standardized and refined management and operation, and also plays a supervisory and guiding role in the continuous optimization of DARO Group's subsequent safety management, environmental control and quality improvement.

It is understood that DARO Heavy Industry Group was established in March 2001, is a specialized in axle semi-finished products, trailer axle finished products R & D and manufacturing of global suppliers, its products are mainly divided into American and German two categories.

Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, DARO Group has always devoted itself to refining products, only to provide the market with high quality, high standard, cost-effective trailer axles. Starting from raw materials, only 20Mn2 high-strength alloy seamless steel pipe with strength, toughness and fatigue resistance fully meet the standards is selected, and 15 production processes such as heat treatment, cold push square, sand blasting, multi-point alignment, precision grinding, medium frequency treatment, machine welding protection, etc. are strictly controlled. Fatigue test, salt spray test, shaft magnetic particle detection test, etc., are combined to fully ensure the quality of finished products.
