Company History

Darong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, which is the first trailer axle manufacturing enterprise in commercial vehicle production base Liangshan, China, with self-research production equipment, and started the production and manufacturing of trailer axle/axle/accessories, and committed to become a first-class manufacturing enterprise in the industry.

In 2003, the company focused on market research, on the basis of which the production launched a new generation of Da Rong products, the stiffness, toughness, load-bearing performance has been greatly improved compared with peers.

In 2005, the company's production, quality inspection, sales and other departments to further improve. In the same year, the technical research and development department was established to open the research and development and experiment of the production process of one-piece axle tube.

In 2006, the company's first one-piece axle tube production equipment was successfully developed, which is also the first one-piece axle tube production equipment completely developed and manufactured independently in China. After that, Da Rong's one-piece axle was officially put into production, and the market demand exceeded supply.

In 2008, Da Rong products successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, and was awarded as "Jining City Safety and Civilization Unit" and "Consumer Satisfaction Unit".

In 2009, the factory production line was completely innovated, and a standardized workshop was established to promote refined production operation. The company was awarded the honorary title of "Five Good Chambers of Commerce" by Jining Federation of Industry and Commerce.

In 2010, the company increased its R&D efforts and invested 30% of its annual profit to improve its independent innovation capability, and set up a professional after-sales team, so that the whole industrial chain of "R&D, design, production, sales and service" was completely opened.

In 2011, the company gradually accumulated capital and matured management, and strived to build a world-class commercial vehicle axle brand and be the persistent and innovator of China's machinery manufacturing industry.

In 2012, the company's self-developed production line equipment completed the upgrade and transformation, axle production to scale. A number of new technologies and processes with independent intellectual property rights were invested to help upgrade and iterate the products.

In 2013, the company was awarded the honorary title of "A-class contract and trustworthy enterprise".

In 2014, Da Rong products were successfully exported to Europe, America, Middle East and other countries and regions, and the global strategy of Da Rong Machinery was opened.

In 2017, the company's party branch was formally established, opening a new situation of party building leading the development of enterprises.

In 2018, the fully automated production lines of the factory increased to 7, introducing international advanced quality inspection instruments and double host molding equipment, with an annual production capacity of more than 170,000 pieces. In the same year, the company's self-developed disc brake axles came online, further increasing the market share.

In 2019, the company's overseas sales market will be further explored, and efforts will be made to enhance the brand influence of Da Rong axles in the international arena.

In 2021, Da Rong Heavy Industry Group will be officially established to empower the global brand strategy of Da Rong Axle, and the sales network will cover more than 50 countries and regions around the world.

In the future, Da Rong will actively cater to the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", strengthen the construction of enterprise core capacity, and continue to export high-tech, strong quality and excellent service for the whole society with a full range of commercial vehicle power solutions.
