The DARO heavy duty trailer axles adopts the classic American structure, and the shaft head is shaped directly from the shaft beam without manual welding. The diameter and width of the shaft head are higher, and the load-bearing strength is greatly improved. The standard model is equipped with a square shaft tube of 150*150, which has a higher section coefficient and stronger load-bearing capacity. Finish can be customized according to customer needs.

Package & Delivery
In the production process, DARO trailer axle adopts the extrusion technology of seamless steel pipe forming, and through more than ten processes such as hot rolling, shaft tube forming, CNC processing and automatic welding, DARO trailer axle can resist deformation and bending, and greatly improve the heavy load capacity of the axle. In addition, DARO trailer axle selected 20Mn2 high-strength alloy seamless steel pipe as the raw material, and through strict quality control, including hot rolling, cold push square, automatic quenching + tempering, shot blasting, multi-point straightening, CNC machine tool processing, medium frequency strengthening treatment, primer + top paint spraying, machine protection welding and other processes, to ensure product quality in line with national standards.
