After more than ten processing steps, including thermal conditioning, shot blasting, multi-point straightening, shaft head finishing, intermediate frequency induction strengthening, primer+topcoat, machine friendly welding, automatic assembly, etc., the production accuracy strictly conforms to the JTT475-2020 trailer axle product execution standards.
